WDSS is searching for an Talks/Outreach Officer to help us liaise with speakers and host engaging talks related to data science.

• Suggest engaging and creative talks ideas that discuss cutting-edge topics in data science.
• Reach out to, and liaise with, external speakers, such as academics and professionals in the field.
• Organize and host our fortnightly Student Speaker series.

• Strong organisational and management skills.
• Past work experience of any form.
• Track record for an attention to detail and high expectations of outputs.
• Data science knowledge is not required, but a passion for the role certainly is.
